一樣米養百樣人,同樣地上司也有千百種類型。筆者慶幸自己遇到的上司都四四正正,不算騎呢。但無人是完美的,作為員工都有責任「管理上司」,當你遇著上司有以下的行為,你可以怎樣拆解而達致雙贏呢? 1. 失驚無神考起你:遇著每事問每事管、而且想起就問的上司,經常令你捏一把汗,或是疲於奔命,你只有兩個對策應付。第一是與他鬥快,定期主動匯報你的工作進度,在他開口問你之前,就已經封住他的嘴巴,這就能免除他突如其來的提問,而導致你答不出來的無力感。但是上司都是一些不易滿足、得一想二的生物,若然他轉數夠快,他一定不會就此放過你,總能在雞蛋裏挑骨頭,在匯報裏鑽空子。熟知上司的你,就要使出第二招,就是在平時記錄清楚你的「存貨」,並適時「留貨」,不要一次說盡,一旦他想知道更多的時候,你才拿出儲起的「貨」,答得出之餘,又足以表現你的應變能力。 2. 優柔寡斷:這些上司患有「選擇困難症」,面對決定總是猶疑不決。你需要設法找出他猶豫不決的原因,是因為資料不足或是因為他要考慮到其他部門或因素,因而無法判斷,還是只是「人嘅問題」。如果是前者就易辦了,你不需給他太多的選擇,並提供足夠理據,去說服他接受你的方案,甚至在穩妥的情況下先斬後奏,這或者比在事前獲得批准容易得多,不用再天天被他牽著鼻子走,他心底裏甚至感激你救他出苦海也不定。
