辭職遞上大信封之前,難免會幻想一下與老闆「攤牌」的情境,有的希望老闆加人工留人;有的卻希望老闆輕輕放過。不論如何,跟令人又愛又恨的老闆打上最後一戰,當然要做好準備,免得在「臨門一腳」才壞事!   1. 遞上真正的「信」 既然說是遞信,當然要準備一執簡潔明瞭的實體信。請不要貪一時方便寫封resignation E-mail、甚至短訊通知就算了事。請鄭重地當面跟老闆提出離職,並有禮貌地遞上信封,就當是客套的分手禮物吧!   2. 保持風度 不論你對公司有多大怨氣,既然之前能夠「忍一時風平浪靜」,又何必在最後關頭才放棄呢?鬧得太難看,只會淪為別人笑柄。事實這回事,心中有數就夠了,即使對方是個小人,亦不礙於自己做個君子。   3. 斷絕「復合」遐想 總有人明明已經決定離開,在最後時刻卻在故作神秘……筆者只想問一句:何必呢?公司為了留住你,很有可能會提出加薪。有些人為了吊著舊公司的胃口,總會要走不走,當公司滿心以為你被說服之際,你又拍拍屁股說想走人了。這種「復合」的遐想,實在可免則免吧!既然下定決心想轉換環境,何必再磨磨蹭蹭呢?
