Position Summary Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting a wide range of advanced imaging studies in a modern private practice setting.Hybrid work model: 3–4 days per week on-site medical centres (flexible based on operational needs); 1-2 days pwer week work-from-home (WFH).You will be supported by medical typists, AI-enabled tools, and an experienced clinical and technical team to ensure efficient workflows and optimal patient care. Key Responsibilities Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including MRI, CT, 3D mammography, ultrasound, X-rays and other relevant modalities.Provide accurate, timely and clinically useful reports to support referring physicians and enhance patient management.Collaborate with referring clinicians and internal teams to discuss findings, recommend further imaging where appropriate and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.Uphold the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy, radiation safety (where applicable) and adherence to internal quality assurance protocols.Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development activities.Maintain clear, comprehensive and compliant patient records in line with Hong Kong regulatory and ethical standards.Contribute feedback on AI tools, workflow enhancements and service development to support continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.Completion of an accredited residency in Diagnostic Radiology.Fellowship or board certification in Radiology (e.g., FRCR, FHKCR, ABR, or equivalent).Valid registration with the Medical Council of Hong Kong (full, limited, or special registration eligible candidates are welcome to apply; assistance with registration renewal or processes can be provided where applicable).Minimum 3–5 years’ post-residency experience in diagnostic radiology in a hospital or private practice setting preferred.Proficient in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage for communication with patients and clinicians.Strong expertise in advanced imaging modalities (MRI, CT, mammography, ultrasound; PET/CT experience is an advantage if available).Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and reliable image interpretation.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, technologists and administrative staff.Demonstrated commitment to patient-centred care, professional ethics and continuous learning.
