(Senior)Solution Architect - 55-65k

Drive end-to-end solution architecture from design to implementation across cloud and enterprise platforms. Play a key role in shaping architecture standards, technology strategy, and future state roadmap based on experience level.

Description

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud and hybrid solutions.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end architecture and technical specifications.
• Lead or support system integration across cloud and on-premise platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solution design and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to or drive architecture roadmap, target state, and governance processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers or junior team members.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and architecture patterns (e.g. microservices, APIs, DevSecOps).
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve system efficiency and scalability.
  
  

Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in solution architecture or system design; 10+ years for senior candidates.
• Strong experience in application architecture, system integration, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Solid knowledge of APIs, microservices, SOA, event-driven architecture, and modern development practices.
• Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps, container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes), and system scalability.
• Understanding of data architecture, security, and infrastructure concepts.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in insurance / financial services domain is preferred.

For senior candidates:

• Experience in enterprise architecture, architecture governance, and roadmap planning.
• Familiarity with EA frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and architecture tools.
• Proven ability to lead, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members.
