The Tour Ambassador will oversee visitor engagement and operational excellence, managing tours, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and creating a memorable visitor experience.

Description

• Deliver engaging tours for VIPs and visitors, showcasing innovation with strong storytelling to create memorable, high-quality experiences across diverse audiences
• Coordinate tour schedules, bookings and logistics to maximise capacity while ensuring smooth execution and excellent end-to-end visitor service
• Handle enquiries and prepare regular reports, providing insights to continuously improve service quality and overall visitor experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to update exhibits and content, ensuring tours remain engaging, relevant and aligned with latest developments
• Support daily operations and liaise with vendors on maintenance and improvements to ensure efficient, seamless and high-standard operations
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, communications, marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, tour operations or related fields
• Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua, with strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and storytelling skills with a customer-centric mindset and ability to engage diverse audiences
