Project Manager (Martech)- 55-70k

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Martech) to oversee and deliver marketing technology projects within the insurance industry. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Manage multiple small to medium-sized digital projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
• Define, monitor, and track project milestones, proactively managing risks and unforeseen delays while realigning timelines and stakeholder expectations as necessary.
• Identify project issues that may impact delivery and escalate them to senior management in a timely and effective manner.
• Lead projects or workstreams independently, contributing to project planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter resource within the team, providing guidance and expertise on relevant topics with a strong degree of ownership and accountability.
  
  

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering digital projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe and MarTech solutions.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and validate dynamic and complex information.
• Experience in the insurance industry and/or digital marketing domain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional and diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English is required.
