The company is now hiring a Sales Director who will report directly to the Managing Director.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the technology division.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a large sales team, ensuring performance excellence, goal alignment, and continuous development.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support long‑term business partnerships.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities to expand the company's hardware, solutions, and digital offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure sales initiatives align with overall company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing sales processes, improving team productivity, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales performance insights, forecasts, and strategic reports to senior management.
  • Oversee overall sales operations, including pipeline management, target setting, and performance tracking.
  • Strengthen market presence by executing business development initiatives and identifying avenues for market expansion.
