Description

• Overseeing the coordination of shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Managing logistics documentation and maintaining accurate records for all transactions.
• Collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline the shipping process.
• Monitoring shipment schedules and addressing any delays or issues proactively.
• Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders on shipment progress and logistics operations.
• Supporting ad hoc tasks related to logistics and shipping as needed.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Experience with shipping documentation and ERP systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
