We are seeking a detail-oriented Office support to support the upcoming relocation projects within the team and also on the smooth daily operations of a team within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured and professional environment in the Central District.

Description

  • Oversee office administration and facilities projects, including office relocation, renovations, space planning, contractor coordination, and operational readiness
  • Manage and review routine expense reimbursement claims, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely processing
  • Coordinate secure handling, delivery, and collection of internal and external documents and business‑critical items
  • Liaise with government departments, banks, post offices, and courier providers for official filings and document submissions
  • Plan and support company events and staff engagement initiatives, including annual dinners, office openings, and corporate celebrations
  • Lead procurement, inventory control, and distribution of office furniture, equipment, and supplies for daily operations
  • Provide ad‑hoc operational and administrative support for office projects and management‑assigned initiatives

 

Profile

  • A high level of organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in similar post within the financial services industry will be advantageous.
