Description
- Lead and execute regional digital and social strategies, driving consumer engagement through data‑driven insights, emerging platforms, and innovative campaign formats.
- Develop and deliver regional brand strategies across multiple markets, ensuring strong alignment with global guidelines while adapting to local market nuances
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, trade marketing, innovation, finance, and agency partners to roll out integrated marketing programs and campaigns.
- Drive brand storytelling by embedding brands into relevant cultural, lifestyle, and passion points across Asia.
- Monitor market performance, consumer trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Provide guidance and best‑practice sharing to local marketing teams, supporting capability building and execution excellence.
- Prepare and present strategic updates, performance reviews, and insights to senior stakeholders.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or digital leadership roles within premium FMCG, beverage, lifestyle, or consumer sectors
- Proven track record managing regional or multi‑market brand portfolios in Asia; exposure to Mainland China is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital ecosystems, and cultural dynamics
- Demonstrated success in digital‑led, social‑first, and test‑and‑learn marketing initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and a global mindset
