Description

As a Solution Architect, your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost‑effective cloud and hybrid architecture solutions aligned with business and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical designs, specifications, and related project documentation.
• Lead and manage cloud and solution architecture initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Engineering, and other cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Drive system integration across large and complex application and infrastructure landscapes.
• Ensure architecture designs comply with organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Support project planning by defining milestones, dependencies, and deliverables from an architecture perspective.
  
  

Profile

A successful Solution Architect should have:

• Minimum 5-10 years of application and/or infrastructure design experience, including at least 3 years as a Solution Architect delivering medium to large‑scale project implementations.
• Hands‑on experience in health insurance technology or closely related domains.
• Strong knowledge of IT application architecture, design principles, and methodologies across multiple cloud platforms.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale and/or complex system integration projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
