Description

• Take ownership of gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements from business users and stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective system solutions
• Work closely with delivery stakeholders across solution design, system implementation, and Quality Assurance to ensure successful project delivery
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to elicit and refine business needs and requirements
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and manage change requests, ensuring any changes to business requirements are properly assessed, documented, and controlled to minimize project impact
• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, providing recommendations to stakeholders
  
  

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Proven experience in financial services and/or insurance industry; strong insurance domain knowledge is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Experience supporting accounting, finance-related, or financial reporting projects is advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with system implementation lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies is a plus
