Senior Marketing Manager - well established FMCG brand

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives covering trade, brand, digital marketing and CRM to influence on brand positioning, portfolio expansion and commercial performance.

Description

• Lead and manage the Hong Kong marketing team, overseeing brand building, digital marketing, trade marketing, and CRM initiatives.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (ATL/BTL) to enhance brand awareness and drive business performance. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and expand product portfolios.
• Drive end-to-end campaign execution, including new product launches, brand initiatives, and creative marketing programs.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders across sales and operations to ensure strong alignment and execution excellence.
• Manage marketing budgets and performance tracking, ensuring effective ROI and continuous optimization of marketing investments.
  
  

Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
• 12+ years of 360° marketing experience, with strong exposure to brand marketing, trade marketing, digital, and CRM.
• Proven track record in FMCG, beverage, or retail industries is highly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Commercially driven, data‑oriented, and results‑focused.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
