• Support the HR Manager in delivering key HR projects with effective and timely execution.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and contribute to various diversity and inclusion programs.
• Participate in recruitment processes and manage on-boarding and off-boarding administrative arrangements.
• Assist with reviewing and updating HR procedures, guidelines, and local policy documentation.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date personnel files in compliance with internal requirements.
• Provide high‑quality employee support by ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
• Assist with additional HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as required by the business.
