We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager to support strategic marketing and communication initiatives within the banking/financial services sector.

Description

• Develop and execute strategic communication and marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand visibility and internal/external positioning.
• Craft clear, compelling narratives and thought‑leadership content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple communication channels.
• Design and support people‑development strategies to enhance soft skills, build a growth mindset, and elevate team capabilities.
• Manage end‑to‑end operations of the Staff engagement, including planning, development, and execution.
• Lead staff‑engagement activities-townhalls, offsites, and culture programmes-to foster an inclusive, collaborative, high‑performing workplace.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in communication, marketing, or staff engagement; Financial services or Banking exposure is an advantage.
• Creative, strategic thinker with strong project‑management skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in staff development, capability building, and managing talent or leadership programmes.
• Proficient in digital communication tools; photo and video editing skills are a strong plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
