Our client is a top tier US law firm who have had continuous growth over the past several years. They are expanding their compliance function in Hong Kong with a new headcount for their conflicts team.

Description

As a Conflict Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough conflict checks and analyzing potential conflicts of interest.
• Collaborating with legal teams to resolve conflicts and provide solutions.
• Maintaining and updating the conflicts database with accuracy.
• Preparing detailed conflict reports for internal stakeholders.
• Advising on conflict clearance processes and policies.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of conflict management procedures.
• Providing training and guidance on conflict-related issues as needed.
  
  

Profile

The successful candidate must have prior law firm conflicts experience in Hong Kong. Whilst experience working in a US firm is ideal, candidates from other international law firms who are looking to deepen their conflicts knowledge, are also encouraged to apply. This role is suited to someone with strong attention-to-detail, great communication skills and a passion to learn.
