Our client is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and oversee procurement activities across a portfolio of MEP and interior fit‑out projects. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for an experienced procurement professional with a strong technical understanding of building services and subcontractor management.

Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end procurement for MEP and fit‑out projects, including tendering, negotiation, contract award and performance management
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project budgets, timelines and quality requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
  • Evaluate commercial risks, manage variations and support cost control initiatives
  • Work closely with project, commercial and engineering teams to ensure procurement plans align with execution needs
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, governance and compliance

 

Profile

  • Extensive experience in data center construction procurement, with a strong focus on MEP and fit‑out works
  • Proven background managing high‑value subcontract packages within complex building projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring procurement teams
  • Solid understanding of market conditions, supply chain dynamics and subcontractor landscape
  • Degree qualified in QS or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
