Description

  • Act as the primary customer contact across all communication channels, efficiently processing loan applications while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and detailed record keeping.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and service quality by managing new, in‑progress, and decisioned applications in an organized and structured manner to consistently meet KPIs and financial targets.
  • Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge to clearly communicate application requirements, approval or decline decisions, and repayment terms to customers.
  • Proactively engage customers and internal stakeholders by providing application updates, requesting additional documentation, handling enquiries and complaints, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
  • Manage collections‑related activities by handling inbound calls, reminding customers of overdue or over‑limit balances, following up on repayments, and addressing cardholder enquiries professionally while contributing to a positive team environment.

Profile

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service; experience in financial services is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with demonstrated competency in Excel.
  • Effective business writing and documentation skills, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Confident conversational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers across multiple channels, including online support platforms.
  • Clear and fluent communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
