Description

Reporting to senior leadership, the General Manager - Service Apartment will oversee end‑to‑end operations of the serviced apartment business, ensuring service standards, profitability, and brand positioning are consistently achieved. This role leads all functional teams including operations, sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and human resources, while establishing a high‑performance and service‑driven culture. The successful candidate will be accountable for full P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and cost control, while identifying growth opportunities and enhancing asset value. The role partners closely with owners, stakeholders, and external partners, ensures compliance with regulatory and brand standards, and continuously improves guest experience through data‑driven insights and innovation.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in serviced apartments, hotels, or mixed‑use residential assets, and a proven track record in senior management roles. You bring strong commercial acumen, leadership maturity, and hands‑on operational expertise, combined with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead diverse teams. Excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience managing multiple departments or properties are essential, along with fluency in English and Mandarin being highly advantageous.
