Role Mission

Develop Fruit & Vegetable business within HORECA sector by nurturing existing relationships, securing new opportunities, mastering F&V dynamics, and delivering top/bottom-line results through strategic tender management.

Role Summary

Reporting to Head of Fruit & Vegetables, work within 8-member team driving HORECA sales growth across Hong Kong/Macau.
Responsibilities include HORECA tender platform management, client relationship development, business strategy execution, and cross-functional operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Drive top-line sales and bottom-line margins for key HORECA accounts and overall HORECA portfolio.
Co-develop and execute strategies expanding F&V business across Hong Kong and Macau HORECA markets.
Build/maintain strong relationships with HORECA stakeholders (purchasing managers, chefs, end-users).
Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams per company standards.

Ideal Candidate

Deep knowledge of fruit & vegetable import/distribution dynamics, seasonality, and market trends.
Proven experience managing F&V tenders for major HORECA clients (familiarity with tender platforms essential).
Established network of Hong Kong HORECA customers.
Hong Kong wholesale market knowledge advantageous.
Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, English.
Strong commercial acumen, results-driven with change management expertise.
Charismatic relationship-builder thriving in competitive environments.
Collaborative team player comfortable with cross-functional and external partnerships.
