Role Mission
- Responsible for driving sustainable business growth across assigned key accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities in global markets.
- As a trusted commercial partner, you will connect the Hong Kong office, Europe headquarters, international clients, local buying offices, and global partners to strengthen relationships, expand market presence, and deliver long-term revenue growth.
Role Summary
- Reporting to the European Head of Sales, you will play a key role in driving business growth across assigned key accounts while acting as a trusted commercial partner between our Hong Kong office, Europe headquarters, international clients, local buying offices, and global partners.
- This is an individual contributor role with no direct subordinates, ideal for a self-driven hunter with strong commercial instincts and a passion for building long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts to ensure sustainable business development and long-term partnership success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline and drive new revenue growth through proactive market and account development.
- Serve as a key liaison among local buying offices, headquarters, international clients, and global partners.
- Maintain frequent and close communication with colleagues at our Europe headquarters to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and priorities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, business reports, and commercial analyses.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and growth drivers.
- Negotiate effectively to achieve win-win outcomes for the business and its partners.
- Proactively identify challenges and propose practical, innovative solutions.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to support business development, market visibility, and relationship building.
- Occasional business travel as required.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of sales experience in an international business environment, including 2+ years in the toy industry.
- Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to develop new business and expand key accounts.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a definite advantage.
- Solid understanding of European and global business cultures.
- Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
