Role Mission

Drive online sales growth and elevate brand visibility through innovative digital marketing strategies, ensuring seamless customer experiences across eCommerce platforms.

Role Summary

Reporting directly to the Business Owner, you will manage daily eCommerce operations, execute targeted campaigns, and analyse performance to optimise our online presence.

Job Description

Formulate and execute eCommerce strategies to increase website traffic and revenue.
Oversee and refine product displays on key digital channels such as our website, Facebook, and Instagram.
Design and launch online marketing initiatives, encompassing email campaigns, social media promotions, and paid advertisements.
Perform market analysis to uncover emerging trends and expansion opportunities.
Evaluate site metrics and user behaviour via analytics platforms to recommend improvements.
Partner with creative teams to produce compelling promotional content.
Keep abreast of sector developments and rival strategies.

Ideal Candidates

Substantial background in eCommerce and digital marketing, ideally 5+ years.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and tools like Google Analytics.
Outstanding communication abilities in writing and speech.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify.
Capable of independent work and team collaboration.
Sharp analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Innovative thinker passionate about driving marketing and sales success.
