Role Summary 職位概要

Stationed at our Guangdong manufacturing facility and reporting to the CFO in Hong Kong, you will oversee regional financial reporting covering a electronic manufacturing service company (EMS) and her recent AI ventures.
駐廣東製造工廠，向香港財務總監匯報，負責涵蓋電子製造服務（EMS）公司與其近期AI業務拓展的區域財務報告。
This senior finance leadership role offers interaction with professional advisors and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while supervising PRC plant accounting and partnering with operations for process improvements.

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline, with CPA qualification.
擁有會計、財務、工商管理或相關學科學士學位，並持有CPA資格。
At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in managerial positions from sizable manufacturing companies.
至少7年相關經驗，其中3年以上在大型製造企業擔任管理職位。
Solid knowledge of PRC tax laws and regulations.
精通中國稅務法規。
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
熟悉SAP或其他ERP系統經驗為佳。
Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing industry is required, with ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments interacting with professional parties.
製造行業主管經驗為必備條件，能在高速運作、動態環境中與專業機構互動。

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Supervise and optimize the accounting function across the PRC manufacturing plant operations.
監督及優化內地製造工廠的會計職能運作。
Partner with operations teams to enhance efficiency and implement ongoing process improvements in daily manufacturing activities.
與營運團隊合作，提升日常製造活動效率並實施持續流程改善。
Manage regional financial reporting, and interactions with external stakeholders and professional advisors.
管理區域財務報告、與外部持份者及專業顧問的互動。
