This office plays a central role in order processing, supplier coordination, production tracking, and logistics management, ensuring seamless supply‑chain execution between Europe and Asia.

Position Overview
- You will support the Merchandising Manager in Hong Kong and contribute to the successful execution of the group’s product assortments in the European market.
- You will be closely involved in order processing, production monitoring, and data management for European customers, working in a fast‑paced but well‑structured environment.
- Occasional day trips to the Shenzhen office (with same‑day return to Hong Kong) may be required for supplier visits and product follow‑up.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Merchandising Manager, ensuring smooth merchandising workflows.
- Assist in daily merchandising activities for the European headquarters and European customers, including style selection, range planning, and follow‑up.
- Maintain and update customer databases and filing systems, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, product catalogues, and technical documents to clients and internal teams.
- Assist in processing client orders, including order confirmation, amendments, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documentation in line with company policies and customer requirements.
- Handle spreadsheets for client orders, including quantities, pricing, delivery dates, and product specifications.
- Track production progress and quality checks at supplier factories to ensure on‑time and on‑spec delivery.
- Coordinate with internal shipping and logistics staff to manage packing, documentation, and timely shipment to Europe.
- Support the Merchandising Manager in supplier communication and follow‑up in China and Shenzhen.
- Occasionally travel to the Shenzhen office for supplier visits, product reviews, and monitoring (same‑day return to Hong Kong).
Ideal Candidates
- 3+ years’ experience in merchandising within a trading, manufacturing, sourcing, or buying office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Chinese word processing.
- Experience in fashion jewellery, fashion accessories, or related lifestyle products is highly preferred.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is a strong plus for direct communication with suppliers.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team.
