SERVICE ENGINEER / ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – Europe MNC commercial ventilation system / HVAC / building service (Lai Chi Kok/5 days)

Position Overview 職位概覽

• Report to the Regional Manager
• 向區域經理匯報
• Participate in supervising installation contractors, leading a team of technicians, and coordinating ventilation projects with clients and stakeholders. 
• 參與監督安裝承辦商，帶領技術員團隊，並與客戶及持份者協調通風項目。

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Supervise contractors during installation of ventilation systems 
• 在通風系統安裝過程中監督承辦商
• Lead and manage 2 technicians for repair and maintenance services 
• 帶領及管理兩位技術員，負責維修及保養服務
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments for project execution 
• 與客戶、承辦商及內部部門協調以推行項目
• Provide on-site technical support and service delivery for ventilation projects 
• 為通風項目提供現場技術支援及服務
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ventilation systems 
• 監督通風系統的安裝、測試及調試
• Occassional travel to Macau 
• 偶爾出差往澳門

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

• Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 
• 持有電機工程、機械工程或同等學歷之高級文憑
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field installation or servicing 
• 具備至少兩年現場安裝或維修經驗
• Experience in ventilation or HVAC systems is a strong advantage 
• 具備通風或暖通空調系統經驗者優先
• An advantage: Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A) and Construction Site Safety Card 
• 具備註冊電業工程人員牌照（A 級）及建築工地安全證更佳
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• 熟悉 MS Office 及 AutoCAD
• Good command of English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus 
• 良好英語及廣東話能力；懂普通話更佳

Benefits 福利待遇

• 5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
• 五天工作週：星期一至星期五，上午9時至下午6時
• Annual leave: 12 days (1st yr) to 20 days (max) 
• 年假：首年12天，最多可達20天
