Role Mission

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will independently handle sales administration, coordination, marketing and promotional strategies to amplify our brand presence, foster seamless stakeholder communication (Head Office Japan, partners, customers), and accelerate business growth in the competitive PCB/precision equipment market—primarily in China market.

Role Summary

This specialist role focuses on autonomous execution of sales support and marketing initiatives.
You will optimize promotional activities, ensure operational efficiency, and bridge Japanese Head Office direction with local execution to enhance market penetration and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales administration and coordination.
Organize sales documents, customer records, and files.
Follow up sales inquiries and provide updates.
Prepare customized hardware/software quotations.
Generate timely sales reports.
Liaise with Accounting, Service, and Logistics for compliance.
Coordinate Logistics on pricing, POs, deliveries.
Track installations and provide analytics.
Develop plans for new products/sales strategies.
Segment clients and tailor promotions.
Analyze PCB trends/competitors; propose tactics.
Lead exhibitions, seminars, webinars per Head Office guidance.
Manage marketing materials production/translation.
Evaluate results and recommend improvements.
Uphold branding consistency.
Boost visibility in China.
Handle special projects.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree holder.
5+ years in electronic sector / production equipment /PCB / industrial machinery or related; sales/marketing/customer servicing/sales coordination or equivalent.
Advanced Excel.
China trade/shipping knowledge.
PCB industry advantage.
Strong marketing/analytical skills.
Proficient in English, Japanese, Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
Occasional China trip.
