Our Hong Kong office is the primary sales and service hub, with a core focus on the HK market and secondary outreach to China and APAC regions.

Role Mission

Lead sales excellence in the Hong Kong market (primary) and China/APAC regions (secondary) by promoting products and services—especially spare parts and services—as the key customer interface, driving revenue and executing strategic initiatives to propel maritime sector growth.

Role Summary

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, you will lead high-impact sales initiatives from our dynamic Hong Kong office as an individual contributor role—with no direct reports or supervisory responsibilities.
Target the high-potential Hong Kong maritime market (primary), while expanding into China and APAC.
Develop Turnaround Time Optimization (TTO) action plans to reduce equipment downtime and boost vessel efficiency.
Oversee the full sales cycle: from Installed Base (IB) analysis and service contract promotion to quote management, stakeholder relationship building, market intelligence sharing, order tracking, receivables recovery, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales tactics and TTO action plans to consistently meet and exceed sales budgets.
Provide professional service to existing customers while developing new potential clients through targeted outreach.
Conduct frequent client visits to strengthen relationships, plan/execute additional customer engagements, generate insightful reports, and leverage feedback to optimize strategies.
Analyze customer Installed Base (IB), promote service contracts, and rigorously follow up on quotes.
Cultivate enduring relationships with key maritime stakeholders.
Channel leads, feedback, and competitor insights to internal teams.
Oversee orders/deliveries, escalate issues, pursue receivables, and deliver assigned projects.

Ideal Candidates

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine, Business, or related field.
5+ years' B2B sales experience in Hong Kong's marine, shipping, or offshore industries.
In-depth knowledge of marine/shipping/offshore sectors and Hong Kong market dynamics.
Self-motivated leader with outstanding communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Thrives independently; proficient in Google Workspace.
Fluent spoken/written English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus for regional expansion).

13 months' salary + performance bonus.
