Role Mission

To lead project development for major OEM/ODM customers, ensuring smooth execution from concept stage through mass production, while maintaining schedule, cost, and cross-functional coordination under control.

Role Summary

The Project Manager will take ownership of project development tracking, customer communication, and cross-department coordination throughout the full product development cycle.
This role requires strong leadership, clear reporting, and the ability to manage multiple project activities with PMC, Sourcing, Production, QA, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Responsible for ensuring development progress stays aligned with the original plan and that any schedule or cost deviation is identified early, reported immediately, and followed by practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project development with major OEM/ODM customers as a strong team leader.
Track project progress and follow up on all development activities.
Independently handle overseas customer inquiries, project-related matters, and development progress reports.
Coordinate cross-functional communication with PMC, Sourcing, Production, QA, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Ensure development schedule and unit cost remain aligned with the original plan.
Immediately report any deviation from plan and provide corrective suggestions.
Take ownership of the project development flow through to mass production readiness.

Ideal Candidates

Degree holder in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines.
Over 5 years of experience in project management, product development, and BOM costing.
Strong knowledge of consumer electronic product development flow.
Logical thinking with strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
Experience in consumer electronic products.
Skilled in project management software tools; PMP is preferred.
Good communications in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
