Role Mission 職位使命
- Spearhead the Hong Kong residential property development division to deliver strategic growth, operational excellence, and superior returns.

- Champion the full project lifecycle from acquisition to sales, leading a 50-60 person team to execute high-impact residential projects.

Position Overview 職位概覽
- Lead the Hong Kong residential property development division, overseeing the entire process from land/property acquisition, planning, financing, construction, to completion and sales.
- 領導香港住宅物業開發事業部,監督從土地/物業收購、規劃、融資、建設至完成及銷售的全過程。
- Manage a team of 50-60 staff, ensuring efficient project execution and achievement of business targets.
- 管理50-60人團隊,確保項目高效執行及實現商業目標。
- Report to regional headquarters senior management.
- 向區域總部高層管理層匯報。
Key Responsibilities 主要職責
- Drive land/property acquisition strategy, including market analysis, due diligence, negotiations, and deal closure.
- 主導土地/物業收購策略,包括市場分析、盡職調查、談判及交易完成。
- Oversee full project lifecycle: planning permissions, financing, construction, quality control, and final delivery/sales.
- 監督全項目生命週期:規劃許可、融資、建築施工、質量控制及最終交付/銷售。
- Lead a cross-functional team of 50-60 (acquisition, engineering, sales, operations), enhancing team performance and productivity.
- 領導50-60人跨職能團隊(收購、工程、銷售、營運),提升團隊效能及生產力。
- Manage project budgets, risks, and timelines, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong regulations (e.g., town planning, environmental standards) and group requirements.
- 管理項目預算、風險及時間表,確保符合香港法規(如城市規劃、環保標準)及集團要求。
- Develop Hong Kong residential market strategies, identify growth opportunities, and drive sales and asset appreciation.
- 制定香港住宅市場策略,識別增長機會,推動銷售及資產增值。
- Build relationships with government bodies, partners, banks, and suppliers for seamless project advancement.
- 與政府機構、合作夥伴、銀行及供應商建立關係,確保項目順利推進。
- Deliver senior-level reporting, tracking KPIs such as ROI, project delivery timelines, and sales revenue.
- 提供高層報告,追蹤KPI如ROI、項目交付時間及銷售額。
Ideal Candidates 理想人選
- Bachelor's degree in real estate development, business management, civil engineering, architecture or related field; Master's preferred.
- 持有房地產發展、商業管理、土木工程、 建築學或相關學士學位;碩士學位優先。
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, HKIS) advantageous; large developer background ideal.
- 持有相關專業資格(如RICS、HKIS)者優先;大型開發商背景理想。
- Minimum 15 years' Hong Kong property development experience, with 10+ years in senior residential project management covering full acquisition-to-sales chain.
- 至少15年香港物業開發經驗,包括10年以上住宅項目高層管理,涵蓋收購至銷售全鏈條。
- Proven track record leading teams, with demonstrated project delivery and business results (e.g., multiple residential projects).
- 成功領導團隊的經驗,證明項目交付及商業成果(如多個住宅項目)。
- In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong property regulations, land auctions, building codes, and residential market dynamics.
- 精通香港物業法規、土地拍賣、建築條例及住宅市場動態。
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and crisis management skills.
- 優秀領導力、策略思維及危機管理能力;
- Good communications in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- 良好的英語、中文及普通話溝通能力.
