Role Mission

Ensure accurate, timely financial operations and seamless office support to drive the HK trading hub's efficiency.

Role Summary

Report to Accounting Manager; work in a 4-member accounting team with routine accounting role and support office admin.

Job Description

Handle daily accounting: AP/AR, bank reconciliations, expenses, ledger maintenance.
Support month-end/audit prep, tax filings, reports.
Support office admin: filing, vendor liaison, office supplies...etc

Ideal Candidate

Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
3+ years accounting experience preferably in trading/manufacturing/buying offices/regional offices.
Excel/accounting software proficient;
English/Chinese skills.
Detail-oriented team player.
