Role Summary 職位概要

• Lead audit engagements for financial services clients, including SFC licensed corporations.
• 負責領導金融服務客戶（包括證監會持牌公司）的審計工作。
• Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this senior leadership role will oversee a portfolio of clients, drive audit excellence, and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Work closely with Partners and senior management on client engagement, professional development, and business growth.
• 與合夥人及高層管理緊密合作，推動客戶合作、專業發展及業務增長。
• Lead, manage, and review audit engagements to implement best practices and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• 領導、管理及審核審計工作，推行最佳實務並提升效率及成效。
• Deliver comprehensive audit and related services across diverse industries, with a focus on financial services.
• 在多個行業提供全面的審計及相關服務，重點涵蓋金融服務。
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring effective resource allocation and workload balance.
• 管理及指導專業團隊，確保資源分配及工作量平衡。
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored corporate solutions.
• 建立並維持良好的客戶關係，理解需求並提供專業的企業方案。
• Sign auditors’ reports on behalf of the firm.
• 代表公司簽署審計報告。
• Report directly to the Managing Partner.

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• 會計、金融或相關學科學位。
• Qualified HKICPA member with a practicing certificate.
• 香港會計師公會會員並持有執業證書。
• 10+ years of relevant audit and management experience, with at least 5 years gained from Big 4 firms.
• 10年以上相關審計及管理經驗，其中至少5年來自四大會計師事務所。
• Experience with SFC licensed corporations is an advantage.
• 具備證監會持牌公司經驗者優先。
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• 具備優秀的中英文書寫及口語能力。
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• 擁有出色的溝通、領導及持份者管理能力。
