Company Overview

We are a fast‑growing US fashion group, with our own production facility in Jiangsu China, specialising in ladies’ woven apparel for major US retailers and brands, including big‑box retailers (e.g. Walmart, JCPenney), discount chains and brand partners.
The group also operates its own ladies’ fashion brand with 100+ standalone and shop‑in‑shop stores across the US.
New York office : serves as the design and sales office for the US market, closely connected to end customers and retail partners.
Hong Kong office : functions as the design and sourcing hub in Asia.

Role Summary

Report to US Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Support digital and marketing initiatives across multiple brands
Design marketing assets for email campaigns, digital banners, paid social ads, and display advertisements
Manage high-volume creative production including social content, website updates, and print materials
Execute packaging design and quick-turnaround creative projects

Key Responsibilities

Design email campaigns, digital banners, paid social ads, and display creatives
Produce email story assets, organic/paid social content, digital advertisements, and website updates
Create quarterly posters, seasonal lookbooks for sales/marketing use, and campaign materials
Develop packaging designs for multiple quarterly requests
Execute ad hoc projects including banner updates, website refreshes, and ad resizing

Ideal Candidates

2–4+ years graphic design experience in fashion
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social media, and print design capabilities
Experience in US market for fashion brands is a big plus
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Good communications in English & Chinese
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and brand guideline adherence
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced production environments
Familiarity with AI design tools is an advantage
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
