Position Summary 職位概要

Based mainly in our Vietnam facilities, you will focus on plastic toy product development and engineering, from concept to mass production.
主要常駐越南工廠，專注負責塑膠玩具產品之開發與工程設計，從概念到量產。
You will work closely with teams in Hong Kong and China to align design, engineering and manufacturing solutions.
與香港及中國團隊緊密合作，協調設計、工程與生產方案。
Your key mission is to drive innovation in plastic molding, structure design and production efficiency while meeting safety, quality and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Manage and execute plastic toy R&D projects from idea, engineering development, prototyping, tooling to production launch.
管理及執行塑膠玩具研發項目，涵蓋概念構思、工程開發、打樣、開模至量產導入。
Work with design and commercial teams to turn product concepts into robust plastic part designs suitable for injection molding.
與設計及業務團隊合作，將產品概念轉化為適合注塑成型的可靠塑膠零件設計。
Define part structure, wall thickness, draft angles, assembly methods and material selection to ensure quality, safety and manufacturability.
訂定零件結構、壁厚、拔模斜度、裝配方式及物料選用，確保品質、安全及可製造性。
Liaise with tooling engineers and mold makers to review mold design, trial results and improvements.
與模具工程師及模具供應商合作，審視模具設計、試模結果及改善方案。
Troubleshoot molding issues such as warpage, sink marks, short shots, flash and colour problems, and drive corrective actions with factories.
分析處理變形、缩水、短射、毛邊、色差等注塑問題，並與工廠推動改善。
Continuously improve existing plastic products in terms of structure, safety, cost and assembly efficiency.
持續優化現有塑膠產品之結構、安全性、成本及裝配效率。
Stay updated on new plastic materials, sustainable options and processing technologies relevant to toy manufacturing.
緊貼塑膠新材料、環保物料及相關加工技術的發展，並應用於玩具製造。
Provide technical guidance to the Vietnam R&D and production teams, and support problem solving on the production floor.
為越南研發及生產團隊提供技術指導，協助解決生產現場技術問題。
Travel occasionally to Hong Kong or China for project reviews and technical follow‑up.
偶爾前往香港或中國進行項目檢討及技術跟進。

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

Tertiary education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Industrial Design or related discipline.
大專或以上學歷，機械工程、塑膠工程、工業設計或相關專業優先。
Minimum 5 years of R&D / product engineering experience in plastic toys or plastic consumer products.
至少 5 年塑膠玩具或塑膠類消費品之研發／產品工程相關經驗。
Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, tool design basics and common plastics used in toys (e.g. ABS, PP, PE, PVC, TPE).
熟悉塑膠注塑成型工藝、基本模具設計以及玩具常用塑膠物料（如 ABS、PP、PE、PVC、TPE 等）。
Hands‑on experience in solving molding defects and optimizing cycle time and yield.
具備處理注塑缺陷及優化生產周期與良率的實戰經驗。
Experience in infant / preschool toys and relevant safety standards (e.g. ASTM, EN71) is a strong advantage.
具備嬰幼兒／學前玩具及相關安全標準（如 ASTM、EN71）經驗者優先。
Proven project execution skills; experience leading small technical teams is a plus for Senior level.
具備良好專案執行能力，有帶領小型技術團隊經驗者為高級職位加分。
Good command of English or Chinese.
良好英文或中文。
