- A US-based multinational toy buying office with a major trading and sourcing hub in Hong Kong, employing over 150 team members.
- The company owns prominent toy brands and partners with leading global names to develop, manufacture, and distribute innovative children's toys worldwide.
- Primary customers span major US and EU retailers alongside international toy brands, delivering creativity, quality, and market-leading products.
- You will manage orders and documentation for accounts across US, EU, and global markets.
- This role ensures precise ERP data entry and seamless coordination with vendors, sales teams, and international clients in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a 10-member Order Processing Team supporting major US, EU, and international market.
- Handle incoming sales orders, quotations, and purchase documents for assigned accounts.
- Accurately input and update sales/purchase orders in the central ERP system, ensuring timeliness and error-free processing.
- Prepare detailed sales quotations tailored for large-scale retail customers.
- Manage sample requests and packaging logistics to support buying office operations.
- Liaise effectively with vendors, US/EU sales teams, and international customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and communication.
- Minimum 5 years in merchandising or order processing for US, EU, or global markets.
- Experience in toys, gifts & premiums, or consumer goods preferred.
- Proven track record in trading/buying offices, coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail, administrative skills, and independent account management capability.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- English proficiency; Mandarin highly desirable for cross-border coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective supplier and team collaboration.
- 5-day work week.
