  • Headquartered in Hong Kong (60-80 staff) with Tai Po warehouse/logistics centre (40-50 staff), we emphasize quality, innovation, and reliable delivery.

Role Mission
  • Drive HR excellence and administrative efficiency to fuel growth, cultivating a high-performance culture across head office and warehouse while upholding compliance, safety, and seamless F&B operations.

Role Summary
  • Pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the MD (business owner), managing full HR & Admin for 110+ staff across two sites. Supervise one officer; optimize recruitment/payroll, ensure compliance, and support facilities—no travel required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage HR/office administration policies for both sites.
  • Oversee complete HR functions: recruitment, payroll, eMPF, medical insurance.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for office/frontline staff (posting, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
  • Ensure adherence to Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor workplace safety, handle injury cases, maintain safe operations.
  • Guide and support one HR & Admin Officer.
  • Coordinate office admin, vendors, and facilities.

Ideal Candidates
  • Degree holder, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years well-rounded HR & Admin experience; logistics/warehouse/distribution experience or knowledge a plus.
  • Strong grasp of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and legislation.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, Mandarin; detail-oriented and proactive.
