About Us
  • We are an internationally acclaimed, award‑winning interior design studio shaping the future of luxury hospitality and high‑end residential interiors.
  • Our work sits at the intersection of craft, storytelling, and contemporary design, redefining what it means to deliver “quiet luxury” with a strong creative narrative.
  • Our portfolio includes flagship 5‑star hotels, branded residences, signature F&B venues, and ultra‑luxury private homes across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Asia, Dubai, the Middle East, Europe, and other key international markets.
  • We embrace current and evolving trends such as rich, tactile materials, organic forms, sculptural details, and warm, layered palettes, while ensuring every space feels timeless rather than trend‑driven.
  • With studios in major cities across China, Southeast Asia, Italy, and the Middle East, our practice combines global influences with locally rooted sensibility.
Role Overview
  • We are seeking a highly organised and design‑savvy professional to support the Design Director in realising our most ambitious, design‑rich projects.
  • This role is ideal for an interior designer or project‑focused creative who wants to be part of a studio that pushes spatial storytelling, materiality, and experiential design in luxury environments.
  • You will sit at the heart of the design process, ensuring that every touchpoint—from concept sketches to final detailing—reflects our elevated aesthetic and technical rigour.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Design Director in overseeing project workflows, schedules, and priorities, ensuring that design intent is preserved while projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Proactively coordinate with clients, sub‑consultants, contractors, suppliers, and the internal design team to maintain alignment and translate design concepts into buildable, sensory‑rich spaces.
  • Manage design timelines and deliverables to ensure they meet the studio’s high‑end quality benchmarks, with particular attention to material samples, finishes, and detailing.
  • Interpret and champion the client’s vision, translating their lifestyle, brand, or narrative into coherent spatial strategies that feel personal and immersive.
  • Lead coordination across all project phases, from concept to completion, ensuring that every element—FF&E, lighting, joinery, and finishes—is integrated seamlessly.
  • Prepare clear meeting agendas and detailed minutes while ensuring that design‑led discussions stay focused on materiality, atmosphere, and user experience.
  • Integrate and coordinate technical drawings and details from consultants and contractors with the design team’s documentation, always safeguarding the integrity of the spatial concept.
  • Oversee design and construction documentation with a strong eye for detailing, proportions, and material transitions, particularly in high‑touch areas such as lobbies, villas, and hospitality spaces.
  • Coordinate with contractors on defect rectifications and snags, insisting on a craft‑driven, design‑perfect outcome that lives up to our luxury standards.
Ideal Candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related design discipline, with a strong visual and spatial sensibility.
  • Have at least five years of post‑qualification experience in Hospitality, High‑End Residential, and F&B projects, with demonstrable involvement across all design stages.
  • Possess a deep appreciation for luxury interior trends: tactile materials, curved forms, mixing natural and artisanal finishes, and layered, narrative‑driven spaces.
  • Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of finishing materials, construction methodologies, and detailed design development, with an instinct for how materials and textures shape experience.
  • Show advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, and be comfortable using Microsoft Project or similar tools to keep creative‑driven workflows on track.
  • Command excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly to international clients, artisans, and consultants.
Terms & Benefits
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 12 days
  • Medical insurance
  • Professional work environment

If you are a design‑driven professional passionate about luxury interiors, spatial storytelling, and meticulous detailing, and you want to collaborate with a Design Director on projects that set the tone for the next generation of hospitality and residential design, we would love to hear from you.
