Role Summary

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for our Dongguan watch assembly operations and drive factory growth from 20 to 100 workers.

This critical role involves driving production excellence across all functions—leading the current workforce of approximately 20 skilled technicians while scaling to 100, and overseeing quality control, inventory management, customs compliance, material control, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily production management for watch assembly lines, optimizing output, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Lead the daily production management of the watch assembly line, optimizing output, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Oversee quality control processes, warehouse/inventory management, customs clearance, material control, and administrative functions.

Monitor KPIs (yield rates, defect ratios, cycle times) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage and grow the workforce from 20+ to 100+ staff including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and safety compliance.

Ideal Candidate

8+ years working experience in watch factories, including 3+ years focused on production management or factory operations.
Over 8 years of experience working in a watch factory, including more than 3 years focusing on production management or factory operations.
Proven track record managing 100+ workers in watch factories and scaling operations.
A proven track record of managing 100+ workers and expanding operations in a watch factory.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems, Mainland China customs procedures, and ERP/MRP systems.
Familiar with ISO 9001 quality system, Chinese mainland customs procedures, and ERP/MRP systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience working for US or European watch brands is a plus.
Candidates with experience working for American or European watch brands will be given preference.
