Role Mission

Drive financial excellence by leading reporting, analysis, and compliance to support strategic growth in our multi-store retail network across Hong Kong and China.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will manage financial and management reporting, budget control, financial analysis, tax compliance, and daily accounting operations of the Finance team in our Dongguan finance office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial and management reporting, budget control, financial analysis, tax compliance, and daily accounting operations of the Finance team.
Prepare financial simulations and analyses on different business scenarios for management review and business decisions.
Provide financial advice and implement various financial and operational requirements to drive business improvement.
Enhance and enrich existing financial and management reporting systems to support operational and strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, audit requirements, and financial reporting standards.
Handle ad hoc projects assigned by senior management.

Ideal Candidates

Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
Qualified Accountant, a member of HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
At least 8 years of relevant experience; familiarity with PRC accounting and taxation regulations is a must.
Experience in retailing, especially in the PRC, is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to achieve company goals.
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Work based in Dongguan office.
5-day work week.
Company shuttle bus between Futian/Lok Ma Chau and Dongguan office (Monday mornings and Friday evenings).
