ROLE SUMMARY 職位總覽
- Promote advanced medical devices across assigned territories, serving HA, private hospitals, and clinics within a 4-member professional sales team.
- 於指定區域推廣先進醫療器材,服務醫院管理局、私家醫院及診所,隸屬4人專業銷售團隊。
- Report to Sales Manager to execute strategies, deliver technical support, build client relationships, and drive business growth.
- 向銷售經理匯報,執行銷售策略,提供技術支援,建立客戶關係,推動業務增長。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責
- Report to Sales Manager and collaborate within 4-member sales team.
- 向銷售經理匯報,於4人銷售團隊中合作。
- Promote medical devices and consumables to clinics, medical groups, public/private hospitals.
- 向診所、醫療集團、公私醫院推廣醫療器材及耗材。
- Provide real-time technical support and guidance to surgeons and operating theatre staff.
- 為外科醫生及手術室人員提供實時技術支援及指導。
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers, surgeons, and hospital/clinic staff.
- 建立並鞏固與決策者、外科醫生、醫院及診所人員的長期關係。
- Achieve/exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and account management.
- 透過主動開發客戶及賬戶管理達成/超越銷售目標。
- Identify new opportunities, expand accounts, and drive sales of capital equipment, consumables, and solutions.
- 發掘新業務機會,擴展現有賬戶,推動資本設備、耗材及解決方案銷售。
- Track market trends/competitors and contribute strategic insights for growth.
- 追蹤市場趨勢/競爭對手,提供增長策略洞察。
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to clinical/non-clinical staff.
- 為醫院及診所臨床/非臨床員工進行產品示範、培訓及簡報。
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular sales reports/forecasts.
- 維護準確CRM客戶數據,提供定期銷售報告及預測。
IDEAL CANDIDATES 理想人選
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Science, Biomedical, Medical-related discipline.
- 科學、生物醫學或醫學相關學科學士學位或專業資格。
- Minimum 1 years hands-on medical device sales experience preferred.
- 具 1 年以上醫療器材銷售實務經驗優先。
- Proven operating theatre (OT) experience with strong surgical workflow knowledge preferred.
- 具手術室(OT)經驗及熟識外科流程者優先。
- Track record as self-motivated individual contributor working independently.
- 具自我驅動獨立工作實績。
- Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese communication/interpersonal skills.
- 良好英文、普通話及粵語溝通/人際技巧。
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- 熟練使用Microsoft Office應用程式。
TERMS & BENEFITS 待遇及福利
- 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
- 五天工作:星期一至五 上午9:00至下午5:30
- 13 months salary guaranteed
