Role Mission

To support the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the group’s financial reporting and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local and group accounting standards and internal controls.
You will play a key role in streamlining accounting processes, enhancing ERP usage, and providing reliable financial information to support management decision‑making across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas operations.

Role Overview

The position reports to the Financial Controller and works within a 10‑member finance team in the Hong Kong office.
The role is responsible for overseeing all‑rounded accounting activities and supporting the group’s financial reporting, consolidation, and control framework.

Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for all‑rounded accounting activities, including general ledger, intercompany, and financial reporting.
Review ERP system reporting, workflows, business flows, and system upgrades to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Prepare monthly accounting reports and cash flow statements for management review.
Assist in the year‑end audit process and support the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
Coordinate with the accounting teams in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas offices to ensure consistent and timely reporting.
Prepare payment vouchers and support the execution of payment and reconciliation activities.
Provide financial support to management and department heads in carrying out daily financial tasks.
Perform ad hoc assignments as required by the Finance Department.

Ideal Candidates

Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
Student member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent; completion of ACCA / HKICPA or other accounting professional qualification is a plus.
5+ years experience, including experience in an audit firm and a manufacturing environment.
Experience in ERP and computerized accounting systems is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Solid experience in consolidation, treasury, corporate finance, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
Willingness to travel to overseas offices and China factories when necessary (no frequent, not regular)
