CUSTOMER SERVICE (18K-20K X 13) – Japanese listed electronic component trading and manufacturing / China market (TST/5 days)

Role Mission

• Ensure seamless end-to-end order processing and delivery for electronic components to China market by coordinating efficiently with customers, factories, and logistics partners.

Role Summary

• Join a 5-member Order Processing team in Hong Kong trading office, which serves as the primary hub for China market.
• This role focuses on full-spectrum order management for assigned customers in China. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete order processing cycle for assigned customers from order receipt to shipment
• Liaise with customers, factories, and logistics providers to ensure smooth coordination
• Perform data entry, documentation, filing, and general clerical support with accuracy
• Arrange shipments and monitor delivery to guarantee on-time performance
• Support team operations in a structured, low-overtime environment

Ideal Candidates

• 2+ years in order processing, customer service, sales administration, shipping, or related roles (trading/manufacturing preferred)
• Strong Mandarin communication skills for China market coordination 
• Proficient in English and Chinese for emails/documents
• China market serving experience highly advantageous
• Experience in Japanese companies is a plus 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
