Role Mission
- To lead the marketing function, enhance brand awareness, and drive impactful PR, branding, and trade marketing initiatives that support business growth and international brand expansion across our target markets.
Role Summary
- Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to a team of 4–5 marketing professionals.
- This role requires a hands-on leader with strong industry insight, capable of overseeing campaign execution, nurturing key relationships, and steering brand strategy to elevate market visibility for our brand.
Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a marketing team of 4–5 members to ensure operational excellence
- Develop and execute integrated PR, brand, and trade marketing initiatives to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, and influencers to enhance product exposure
- Oversee the timely rollout and market reach of new product launches
- Collaborate closely with the design team on PR and marketing campaigns
- Identify and explore potential brand collaborations and partnership opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic market insights
- Participate in selected overseas events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned by the General Manager
Ideal Candidate
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related disciplines
- 4+ years of relevant experience, with proven supervisory exposure in PR and/or marketing, in consumer goods for global markets
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a professional team
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Overseas study or work experience is an advantage
- Strong marketing sense with a passion for networking and relationship building
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, independent, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Positive attitude with a “can-do” mindset
- 5-day work week with flexible working hours
- Annual leave: 15 days
- 13-month salary plus KPI bonus
