We have executed thousands of projects, including large‑scale public experiences such as shopping‑mall‑wide brand festivals, outdoor pop‑up zones, interactive art installations, sponsored community events and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints.

Role Summary

Report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Responsible for driving business growth and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction across all event and experiential marketing assignments.
Lead a team of 5 members, overseeing the account lifecycle—from business development and concept development to project execution and post‑event evaluation—ensuring that every project aligns with client objectives, brand positioning and financial targets.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, client meetings and strategic marketing initiatives.
Manage end‑to‑end account relationships, from initial enquiry to post‑event follow‑up, to build long‑term client partnerships.
Lead the development of tailored event proposals and creative concepts that align with client brand objectives, target audience and budget, including large‑scale public experiences such as branded festivals, shopping‑mall campaigns, outdoor activations and integrated marketing programmes.
Oversee project planning, budgets, logistics and resource allocation to ensure smooth and seamless event delivery on time and on budget.
Lead, inspire and manage a team of 5 members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Source, vet and manage a network of reliable vendors and suppliers (e.g., set‑builders, AV technicians, digital content partners, logistics vendors) to support high‑quality event execution.
Supervise on‑site implementation of events, ensuring excellence in quality and client satisfaction.
Prepare comprehensive post‑event reports, including KPI analysis, attendance, engagement metrics, client feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Ideal Candidates

University degree holder with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in event management, experiential marketing, advertising or related fields.
Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering medium‑ to large‑scale events, such as corporate conferences, product launches, brand experiences, exhibitions and public‑facing activations.
Strong presentation, communication and organisational skills, with a polished client‑facing presence.
Excellent ability to translate brand needs into compelling event concepts and activation plans.
Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience or strong interest in business development and revenue growth.
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Mainland China for client meetings, concept presentations and project execution.
Must be comfortable reporting directly to the COO and leading and developing a small, high‑performing team.
