Create award-worthy gift designs across endless categories that turn everyday products into unforgettable brand experiences—elevating both our personal care collections and client campaigns with creativity that sells.

Role Summary

Join our creative fun 5-member Design team in the Hong Kong office as a Gift Product Designer, leading full-cycle design from bold concepts to production-ready prototypes.
You'll shape our diverse portfolio—stationery, plush toys, accessories, décor, travel bags, amenity kits, and beyond—for in-house luxury gift sets and high-profile client projects, collaborating across sales, development, and our Shenzhen plant.

Job Description

Dream up innovative gift concepts across boundless categories—stationery, plush toys, personal accessories, décor, travel bags, amenity sets, and more—for internal collections and client campaigns.
Design stunning graphics and packaging that make products irresistible on shelves and create memorable unboxing experiences.
Dive into market trends—study consumer desires, competitor moves, and emerging aesthetics to fuel groundbreaking ideas.
Craft winning design proposals with your team, turning sketches into client presentations that close deals.
Partner hands-on with Shenzhen production through prototyping, sales samples, and final handoff.
Master modern tools—Adobe Creative Suite + AI design platforms to accelerate your creative vision.
Solve creatively under pressure, delivering pixel-perfect work on ambitious timelines.

Ideal Candidates

1-3 years crafting gifts/premiums or product-focused design—your portfolio should spark excitement.
Killer visual instinct—you see beauty in details and tell stories through design.
Production savvy (soft goods, bags, accessories) + experience winning clients with proposals = huge advantage.
Tool mastery: Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign + AI tools to supercharge creativity.
English/Chinese (Mandarin bonus) for seamless client/stakeholder collaboration.
Occasional Shenzhen visits to bring your designs to life in-factory.
Independent creator who thrives in collaborative, deadline-driven creative studios.
