QS Manager (E&M)(NEC)

The Job

• Client: A large Engineering Group

• Position: QS Manager (E&M)

• Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of cost control, contract administration, tendering, variations, valuations, and final accounts to ensure projects are delivered within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations; Review tender documents, contract conditions, and provide commercial advice; Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks; Ensure compliance with relevant contracts (e.g., NEC)

• $70-80K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

• Professional qualification; HKIS, RICS or equivalent

• Min. 15 years' experience in quantity surveying / contract management for MEP

• Solid experience in NEC, preferably in option C and/or D

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Good command of Chinese and English
