Sales Executive - Property (PRC, Residential)

The Job

• Client: A Property Developer
• Position: Sales Executive
• Responsibile: Assist in the sales of residential properties located in Guangdong province. Promote the properties at showroom, roadshows. Leading property sale tour. Negotiate terms and facilitate contract signing with customers.
• Basic salary with commission. Medical. Compensation leave.

Requirements

• Secondary educated or above
• Min. 3 years sales experience for residential properties
• PRC property sales experience highly preferred
• Good communication and selling skills
• Good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• HK based, occasional day-trip to Guangdong province is required
