- A Property Developer
- Position: Customer Service Executive
- Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming inquiries through phone & email from tenants and outside customers on facilities issues, seasonal events and promotional campaigns. Handle and resolve complaints.
- $22-25K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus
Requirements
- Tertiary educated
- Min. 1 year call center customer services experience preferably gained in travel / hospitality / property industry
- Good communication skills
- Polite, pleasant, friendly
- Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua
- Willing to work on shift. (No night shift)
