The Job

• Clients: A Listed Property Developer
• Positions: Senior Leasing Officer
• Responsibilities: 
• Develop and implement leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for pricing and positioning. Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities through broker networks, direct outreach, and marketing campaigns.
• Lead lease negotiations with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable terms aligned with company objectives. Prepare and review leasing documentation. Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams to facilitate smooth lease execution.
• $30-40K. 5 day. Bonus, Medical.
   

Requirements

• Degree holder
• 5-6 years commercial (Office) leasing experience gained with property developers
• Proven track record in closing lease deals and managing tenant relationships.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with lease documentation & legal terms.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
• Occasional travel
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
