Marketing & Promotions Officer (Property Sales)

The Job

• Client: A Listed Property Developer
• Position: Marketing & Promotions Officer 
• Responsibilities: Working under the Sales Department and assist the Manager in all-round marketing functions including event management (Road Show), public relations, advertising & promotions; budgeting and control for marketing programmes (Online Marketing). Coordinate with and monitor works of China marketing team in production of marketing materials, press release
• $26-30K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

• Tertiary educated, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration
• 3-10 years experience in PR & marketing gained with marketing agency or property developer
• Relevant experience for sales & marketing of properties highly preferred
• Experience in event management, marketing production, copy-writing, press functions
• Good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
