Client: A renowned Property Developer
Position: Building Services Engineer
Responsibilities: Maintain and optimize building services systems to ensure smooth operation and cost efficiency; Develop and implement preventive maintenance and contingency plans to minimize risks and downtime; Oversee maintenance projects, upgrades, and retrofits for building infrastructure, managing contractors and service providers effectively; Implement energy-saving initiatives and manage sustainability programs.
$35-45K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Min. 5 years' experience in building services systems maintenance / upgrade / retrofit, preferably gained with property developers for commercial properties or shopping malls.
Strong knowledge of building services systems, HVAC, BMS, and energy management practices.
Solid experience in coordinating and supervising works of contractors
REW B(0) highly preferred
Good communication skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and computer applications
